Our success story - More than five decades in less than 5 minutes
1950: Everything started very small but with great confidence and ambition: with a manual spinning lathe in a garage forecourt in Braunschweig.
1961: A small metal cutting shop expanded our production options.
1962: The second manual spinning lathe is commissioned.
1964: State-of-the-art technology: we invest in our first hydraulic machines.
1965: After 15 successful years, we built a modern 300 qm production site in a suburb of Braunschweig.
1966: We use the extra space to accommodate the second hydraulic machine and double the size of our workforce.
1969: The good capacity utilisation underpins our healthy growth. We have to extend the production area, and create more jobs, and thanks to a third hydraulic machine, we can now also spin thick sheets of metal.
1976 - 1978: We erect another building with 825 qm of space for production and offices on a neigh-bouring plot, employ more staff, and enlarge our machine fleet.
1982: Advances in technology cannot be ignored: we convert our production to digital playback machines.
1987: Back to the roots: today‘s production site with 4,500 qm of floor space for production and administration is ready for use in the Petzvalstraße in Braunschweig.
2002: The acquisition of a laser machine increases our capacity for metal cutting and the further processing of spun parts.
2003 - 2004: We adopt the requirements of professional quality management and have our company certified pursuant to DIN EN ISO 9001-2000.
2010: The updated certification pursuant to DIN EN ISO 9001-2008 guarantees that our customers can continue to enjoy the very high quality standards of our products.
2011 - 2013: Modernisation of our machine fleet, the conversion to CNC machines, and the continuous training and further education of our workforce, puts us in excellent shape to face the future and gear up to take on new exciting projects.
2016: Standing still means stepping backwards. Our latest versatile laser machine allows us to respond even better to customers' increasing demands. All pressure parts can be optimally prepared for the intended further processing by customised laser machining.
2018: Andrea Courth takes over management from her brother.
She uses her many years of in-house experience to introduce fresh ideas and give the company continued success.
2021: The switch to a new ERP system is made in order to optimize work processes and drive digitalization through paperless working.
2022: The office building was extensively and a new vertical pressing machine was purchased.
2023: A new 2D laser was purchased to speed up material preparation. A second vertical pressing machine was also purchased and the use of paper and work cards in production was replaced by the introduction of tablets.
2024: A renewable energy source was introduced by purchasing a photovoltaic system.
What can we do for you?
We look forward to your challenges!
